Sopapilla Cheesecake


2 cans butter crescent rolls
1 package cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup butter (melted)
cinnamon and sugar


Unroll and spread one can of crescent rolls on bottom of ungreased 8x8 pan.  Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.  Spread mixture over crescent rolls.  Unroll and spread remaining crescent rolls over mixture.  Spead melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.  Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

This thing is dangerously delicious!! I'm starting to wish I used fat free cream cheese instead of regular even though fat free never cooks the same. :-/ While this is yummy warm, I personally like it cold. :)
